The Directors have extensive and diversified experience, which gives them varied, cross-sector and complementary expertise.

This diversity and complementarity of experience and expertise allows them to swiftly and fully understand Soitec’s business development objectives and make informed decisions. As such, the Chairs of the four Committees – Éric Meurice, Chairman of the Strategic Committee, Christophe Gégout, Chairman of the Audit and Risks Committee, Delphine Ségura-Vaylet, Chairwoman of the Compensation and Nominations Committee, and Laurence Delpy, Chairwoman of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee – were appointed, in particular, for their expertise and experience in the duties assigned to their respective Committees.
