The Directors have extensive and diversified experience, which gives them varied, cross-sector and complementary expertise.

This diversity and complementarity of experience and expertise allows them to swiftly and fully understand Soitec’s business development objectives and make informed decisions. As such, the Chairs of the four Committees – Frédéric Lissalde, Chairman of the Strategic Committee, Christophe Gégout, Chairman of the Audit and Risks Committee, Delphine Ségura-Vaylet, Chairwoman of the Compensation, Nominations and Board Governance Committee, and Laurence Delpy, Chairwoman of the Sustainability Committee – were appointed, in particular, for their expertise and experience in the duties assigned to their respective Committees.
