Laurent Rémont joined Soitec in March 2026 and formally took up the position of Chief Executive Officer on 1 April, 2026. 

Laurent Rémont served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of MEMS and Magnetics at Infineon Technologies, a leading integrated semiconductor manufacturer, which he joined in 2019. He has also led the Group's Radio Frequency and Sensors business, covering a portfolio that included sensors, radars, microphones and RF components, as well as systems and IoT innovation activities.

Before joining Infineon, he was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and executive committee member at Kontron AG, an international specialist in industrial IoT solutions and embedded systems.

He began his career at Philips, before spending more than fifteen years at STMicroelectronics, where he held various general management positions in the Connected Home division, as well as in R&D, embedded systems, product development and operational unit management.

Steve Babureck is Executive Vice-President of Strategy, Communications & Marketing at Soitec and President of Soitec USA, where he shapes the company’s global direction and market positioning. 

 
He brings extensive international experience across corporate development, investor relations, and strategic operations, having led major initiatives in San Diego and Singapore that strengthened Soitec’s worldwide alignment and growth.


Earlier in his career, he worked as a financial analyst at Natixis and then at BNP Paribas in Paris and London, building a strong foundation in global finance and strategic execution.

He graduated from ESCP and holds a Master of Science from Polytech Nantes.

 
Emmanuelle Bely serves as Executive Vice President and General Secretary of Soitec since January 2023. She is a member of the Executive Committee and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
 
She is a member of the Business Community at Mission since its creation in 2018.
 
In 2014, she joined Danone where she held several senior positions within the General Secretariat in Europe, including VP General Secretary for Regions, General Counsel for Partnerships, and VP General Secretary for Waters and Africa and the Southern Cone.

Before Danone, she served as Group General Counsel of the Smithfield Group–Campofrio following their merger in 2008, after having been appointed General Counsel and Human Resources Director of the Smithfield Group in Paris in 2007.

She began her career as an M&A lawyer in France and the United States within French and international law firms.

Emmanuelle Bély is a graduate of ESSEC, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and is a member of the Paris and Madrid bars.

Since December 2025, Calvin Chen has served as acting Chief Sales Officer of Soitec. He also continues in his responsibilities as Group Vice President in charge of Special Projects. In this capacity, he leads key initiatives related to SOI development and the promotion of FD-SOI technology in China.

He joined Soitec in 2010 as Sales Director for Taiwan and Southeast Asia, before being appointed Group Vice President in 2017.

Prior to joining Soitec, he held senior positions at Raytex Corporation and Seki Technotron in Japan and the United States, in semiconductor sales and metrology.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and is based in Singapore.

Albin Jacquemont serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Soitec since May 2025, He’s leading the Group’s global financial strategy. 

He previously served as Group CFO of Inetum, where he drove finance transformation, cash generation and the carve-out of the software business. Before that, he was Group CFO of SAUR, overseeing major refinancing, €1 billion in M&A and the company’s private-equity exit.

He also served as Group CFO of Altran, and earlier as Group CFO and Board Director of Darty plc. 

He began his career with 17 years at Carrefour in various senior finance roles in France and Poland.

Albin Jacquemont holds a Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.
René Jonker serves as Chief Product Officer of Soitec since October 2025, leading the company’s global product strategy from Singapore. He previously served as EVP & GM for the Edge & Cloud AI Division and earlier as General Manager of the Mixed Signal SOI Business Unit.

Before joining Soitec, he served as Operations Manager for the Automotive Business Line at ams AG, and earlier held senior roles at Nexperia in operations and product management.

He began his career at NXP Semiconductors, where he spent more than a decade in engineering and management positions across Europe, the U.S. and Asia. 

He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Christophe Maleville is Chief Technology Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Soitec’s Innovation.

He joined Soitec in 1993 and was a driving force behind the company’s joint research activities with CEA-Leti. For several years, he led new SOI process development, oversaw SOI technology transfer from R&D to production, and managed customer certifications.

He also served as vice president, SOI Products Platform at Soitec, working closely with key customers worldwide.

He  has authored or co-authored more than 30 papers and also holds some 30 patents. 

Christophe Maleville has a PhD in microelectronics from Grenoble Institute of Technology and obtained an executive MBA from INSEAD.

Cyril Menon is Soitec’s Operations Excellence & Quality Chief Operations Officer. Previously, he served as a manager for process, equipment and yield departments and has been director of the Bernin headquarters site from 2012 to 2018. He guided production activities to optimize operational performance. He has been with the company since 2006.

Prior to joining Soitec, he worked as device engineering manager and later process manager at IBM Semiconductor, where he was in charge of developing processes, transferring technologies and increasing production.

Menon earned a master's degree in physics from the Grenoble Institut Polytechnique (Institute of Technology - INP), a thesis in microelectronics from the Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology and a Management Degree from Harvard Business School.

Jeannette Schuh joined Soitec as Chief Human Resources Officer in charge of People and Culture communications and sustainability, in October 2023. In this role, she is part of Soitec’s Executive Committee.

Jeannette Schuh has extensive experience in all fields of human resources management in international settings. Prior to joining Soitec, she served as Vice President Human Resources and Communication within Plastic Omnium, where she led a global network of 200 HR professionals. She has also held various leadership roles within Valeo, Faurecia, Bel and SCHOTT.

Jeannette Schuh holds an Executive MBA in International Human Resources Management from IGS School Paris, a master’s degree in French and German economics and law from the University of Freiburg and a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Esslingen.
